Pre-order Policy and Delayed Shipping Item Dates.
Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your item before it sells out.

Basics production time is around 2 weeks (14 working days).
** Please note that delays may occur and dates are not guaranteed especially during holidays.
De’ Emilia Concept is not held liable for any delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order an item.
You will proceed to the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-order.
Normally, we do not accept cancellation of Pre-order and they are final sale as they are ordered in especially for you (classic designs). In an event where the item(s) is not required, a store credit will be issued instead, not a refund. So please take extra care when placing your order.
Please note if you preorder an item with other non-pre-order items this will delay your entire order. Please place your preorder item separate to avoid any delays in non-preorder items.
If you would like to cancel a preorder we will refund in a form of store credit or Exchange only.
Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimated delivery times below but actual delivery times are sometimes outside of our control. Accordingly, unless you and we specifically agree otherwise, the delivery deadline for the goods is not essential.
